- Each session will include the formal practice of mindfulness meditation where you will be guided by your Mindfulness Now practitioner on a journey of self-enquiry
- Each guided meditation will be themed to meet the group needs and facilitate the unique journey of self-enquiry
An eight week teaching and support programme

- During the Mindfulness Now course you will meet regularly with your Mindfulness Now practitioner in a relaxing group setting
- Here you will immerse yourself in the practice of mindfulness through discussions, stories, exercises, meditation, and mindful movement
Dedicated audio recordings of meditations

- At the end of each session you will receive an audio recording of your guided meditation for you to continue your practice in the comfort of your own home.
